The Palmer San Antonio is a use case hotel we created to showcase the guest experience when using one of our concierge agents. We built it to show you exactly how our characters interact in production, without the constraints of a real property.

Everything inside the hotel is sandboxed. Book a table, order room service, check availability. You'll get a real confirmation. No actual reservation is made.

Everything outside the hotel is live. The venues, the events, the recommendations for San Antonio this week. That's a real data pipeline running every night. What Ames tells you is what your guests would actually get. We invite you to use Ames while you're in San Antonio for HITEC for advice on where to go and what to do while you're here; anything from restaurants to nightlife or other activities if you have a few hours to explore.

The pilot includes a full, bespoke character build for your property and the first six months of hands-on support. We work with you to create a completely unique, fully interactive character that embodies your brand from the name to the voice and the kinds of services and recommendations you want to offer.
