ANDREW HOEGL, Founder and CEO of Conscious Creative Group, is an Emmy-nominated television producer and writer with more than 25 years of experience shaping some of television’s most compelling and culturally significant shows. His work spans groundbreaking series like MTV’s iconic Real World to multiple installments of Bravo’s hugely popular Real Housewives franchise, firmly establishing him as a creative force who deeply understands the art of storytelling and character creation.

Andrew's extensive experience in both unscripted and scripted television gives him a distinctive perspective in creating characters who resonate deeply with audiences. He is known for his exceptional ability to craft authentic, memorable personalities and immersive narratives that capture the complexities of real life, setting his projects apart in an ever-evolving media landscape. His keen insight into cultural trends and natural instinct for authenticity have consistently placed his work at the heart of the broader cultural conversation.

BRAD HOEGL is CCG’s Creative Director and Co-President. He has spent 35 years building a career spanning music and television production, primarily as an editor. His passion for nature, new ideas and storytelling keeps him grounded in the present yet focused on the future.

JEN LANA, CCG’s Director of Brand Experience, brings over a decade of expertise in consulting and design as the former founder of NEST, an artist-driven venture. She seamlessly merges creative strategy with client relations, ensuring every partnership is both visionary and meaningful.
